Our Work

PR case studies

Three clients, three different needs: an EdTech company that wanted a lasting voice in national media, an entrepreneur whose Indian first needed to be heard, and an AI health platform that needed to be trusted. Each summary explains who the client is and what we delivered, and links to the full case study.

01 · EdTech

upEducators

  • Long-term PR programme
  • Thought leadership
  • Reactive commentary

upEducators is an Indian EdTech company that trains teachers and helps schools adopt better classroom practice, and a Google for Education partner. Its founder had a lot to say about how Indian classrooms are changing, but the company was rarely in the news between announcements. We set out to make upEducators, and its founder, a regular and credible voice on education in national media.

  • An editorial plan of education stories and expert commentary across the year
  • Founder-led articles and interviews placed with national and education desks
  • Commentary from the founder on education news as it breaks
  • Steady coverage that has continued for two years

02 · Personal branding

Ram Gopal Kothari

  • Organic PR
  • Thought leadership PR
  • English, Hindi and Bengali media
  • News-peg sequencing

Ram Gopal Kothari is a Kolkata entrepreneur and endurance runner who grew up in a two-room home in Burrabazar. On 13 July 2025 he became the first Indian to complete a full marathon at the Geographic North Pole, running on drifting Arctic sea ice. Our job was to make sure the country heard about it, and remembered the person behind it. We ran an organic campaign: no placement was paid for.

  • Built the narrative: Burrabazar beginnings, a business restarted from the footpath in 2012, and a run across Arctic sea ice
  • Placed the story with English, Hindi and Bengali media as a national first
  • Prepared verified facts, images and quotes so desks could publish quickly
  • Used the Delhi Chief Minister's felicitation as a second news peg

03 · Health tech

Docus

  • International media relations
  • Thought leadership
  • US and Indian media

Docus is an AI-powered health platform: people describe their symptoms to an AI health assistant and can get a second opinion from experienced doctors. It wanted to be seen as a credible name in AI healthcare by readers in the US and India. Health and AI are both beats where journalists are cautious, so the story had to be specific, careful and verifiable. The programme was run by the Crepo Media team, IPRD's parent company.

  • Framed the platform around a clear, verifiable use case rather than broad AI claims
  • Developed founder and expert angles on AI in healthcare
  • Pitched business, technology and health desks with distinct angles
  • Took the story to US technology media as well as Indian business titles
